TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER - Global Financial Firm - Rate v.good negotiable on experience - 6 months+
An opportunity has become available within IT Operations for a Technical Project Manager to take an operations lead within the Global Information Security Project (GISP) within a high availability IT operations setting.
The project is predominantly IT Infrastructure related, will require strong matrix management skills and may require some management of third parties together with some line management responsibility.
Essential experience/ qualifications:
• Proven project management experience within a high availability IT operations environment
• Experience of setting up and running IT infrastructure projects (£1m+)
• Management of projects involving UNIX based systems
• Prince 2 Practitioner level or equivalent
• Knowledge/ experience of ITIL and Service Management principles
