We are currently looking for a Siebel 7.8 CTI consultant for a contract role based in France. My client has a very large Siebel Call Center platform and their CTI application is pivotal for their operations. Starts ASAP for 6 months renewable
Skills: Siebel 7.8, Siebel CTI Integration, Siebel eAI interfacing, eScript, Genesys or Avaya CTI, Siebel CTI connectors, Siebel CTI configuraton, Call Center integration, CTI Testing. Siebel Certified ideal, must speak fluent English.
Potential candidates have proven Siebel CTI skills, knowledge of CTI integration, development and configuration. Solid Team Players willing to relocate for this project.
