Role: IT Manager, IT Technician, IT Support Analyst - Candidates will be required to establish an IT support function in a Manufacturing company based in Sheffield. Currently an outsourced function, you will be responsible for maintaining the Windows Enterprise server; network management and supporting various software packages including Access Supply Chain, & Access Dimensions.
Candidate: HND/ Degree educated (or equivalent), applicants will have proven IT support experience including network management, PC user support & training; server management & back up; software support and ideally Crystal Report writing skills. Applicants should also have budgetary management experience and have managed with 3rd party suppliers.
