The Role
Working alongside the HR manager you will be responsible for planning, designing and delivering training for the firm as a whole.
You will assess relevant training needs, designing and delivering training courses as appropriate.
Working within an annual training budget you will monitor, design and deliver training packages to suit the growing needs of the company.

With a strong training background you will have a flexible, enthusiastic approach and the diversity to deliver training to all levels within the company.
