Major Bank requires 2 Business focused Business Analysts to work on a change programme within invoice finance division.

•We require candidates who have good practical experience of business process re-engineering on projects dealing with credit risk and associated banking products (Ideally Six Sigma).
•Demonstrable experience of working within project environment with a proven ability to work on own initiative to deliver optimum business solutions.
•Experience of feasibility studies, business process analysis, business requirements gathering, planning, specification writing.
•Process modelling through the use of analytical tools and structured analytical techniques
•Understanding of Project Management Frameworks, documentation standards, Project Lifecycle planning
•Relationship Management, strong project management methodologies and workshop facilitation
•Degree calibre, with a business qualification desirable
•Knowledge of Factoring/ Invoice Discounting would be highly advantageous
•Proficient use of project tools e.g. MS Project
