ACD Technical Advisor - Birmingham: A leading outsourcing supplier is looking for an ACD Technical Advisor with a minimum of 2 years experience in the provision of telecomms services including knowledge of VOIP. Experience in delivering ACD services. Or Experience in managing telecomms facilities and resources. Experience or understanding of the principle Call Centre technologies Experience in the development, implementation and management of telecomms solutions. Good understanding of telecomms issues; management, strategic and technical. Ability to convert business needs into technical solutions. Good written and verbal communications skills. Ability to give basic presentations, prepare documentation, reports and correspondence Organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines. Understanding of, and commitment to, customer care. Ability to work independently/ on own initiative and as part of a team. Ability to express technical information in a clear and simple way.
