French or German speaking E-mail Analyst. Reading, Berkshire. Required to join a Global Security Software specialist. This role will see you providing Technical Support via e-mail and phone for my clients Software products (as well as other 3rd party products), which will include diagnosing reported problems or configuration issues, recommend possible solutions and follow issue through to resolution or escalation. The ideal candidate will have good skills in some of the following: MS Exchange, SendMail, Lotus Domino, TCP/ IP, Firewalls, Network administration, Routers, DNS/ DHCP, Win Server OS, UNIX (Red Hat, Solaris) OS, SQL and Directory Services. Also, the successful applicant will have good technical and customer support experience and speak Fluent French or German. Any Professional qualifications (MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CompTIA) would be advantageous but not essential.
