Experience:
7-10 years relevant experience required
5 years J2EE development experience essential
Experience with OO design and implementation techniques
Team Lead experience
Consultant experience

Knowledge Of:
Frameworks
Financial services industry
Project management methodologies: PMI/ Prince2
Offshore development a bonus

Desirable:
Sun Certified (Solutions & or architecture)
Web services
