Our finance client has an exciting opportunity for a business change consultant to work on a Knowledge Management programme. The ideal candidate will be able to influence key stakeholders throughout the organisation and will be responsible for a team of business change specialists working on a range of KM related projects against pressurised delivery time frames. They will have a depth of knowledge in change management tools and techniques and have the ability to translate them into plain and easy to understand business language. In Addition be able to articulate benefits and measure progress in managing business change initiatives while identifying and capturing successful results in driving knowledge and change management best practise.
