My Surrey based client – Financial Services – is looking for an IT Systems Support Analyst (circa £35k, depending on experience). The 3rd Line/ Systems Support Analyst will be technically strong in the following; Windows Operating Systems and Servers 2000/ 2003/ XP, Active Directory, Exchange and Outlook. You will be technically proficient in VOIP systems. Good networking skills required; TCP/ IP, LAN/ WAN, DNS, WINS, DHCP. You will possess understanding of VOIP and telephone systems.
