Key Role Requirements
A good level of knowledge in Cisco telephony products and experience supporting these.
CCVP – or working towards this as a minimum,
Other telephony product knowledge, eg PABX, Avaya, CTI platform products, preferred.
Experience of Cisco CallManager, IPCC and Unity preferred.
Good incident management skills - and must be able to work as part of a team
Good customer helpdesk skills & excellent telephone manner
