A Global, top-tier Investment Bank is currently looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager to work within their Business Continuity Program (BCP). BCP is designed to assist the Business Units in the development and maintenance of consistent and tested business continuity strategies and plans. Their goal is to ensure the continuation of the Bank's most critical business functions.

Successful candidates will be reporting directly to the Head of Asia Pacific Business Continuity Management (BCM) and will be coordinating jointly with business and IT managers at all levels as well as the BCM team for technology tests using the BCM Testing methodology. You will be expected to provide guidance and analysis of business continuity / resiliency tests and results; review business process resiliency and optimisation analysis that explore multiple recovery and resumption solutions; provide overall supervision to businesses in assessing their business continuity strategies; partner with other IT departments and business management to ensure BCM testing procedures support and examine product flow resiliency from a business and technical process standpoint; and document and maintain Readiness Methodology.

Candidates will have sound and proven experience working as a Senior Project Manager and ideally have Business Continuity experience as well as a broad understanding of business functions within an investment bank (Front office, middle office and back office). IT Application Development and or IT Infrastructure Implementation experience would be considered favourably.
