A Project Quantity Surveyor with excellent communication skills and a high level of numeric and literacy skills is required by a rapidly growing contractor based in the North East London area

The Client:
Our client is a respected and experienced contractor with over a quarter of a century within the market. They have developed in all levels of the construction process, with specificity affordable housing and public sector building projects in and around London and the surrounding counties.
Due to the signing of new projects and planned growth they require a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a range of external and internal refurbishment projects in and around the North London area.
The Job:
The successful candidate will be joining an existing team of three Quantity Surveyors as a Project Quantity Surveyor, working on a range of external and internal refurbishment projects in and around the North London area. These projects will be worth in the region of £1 million each and could be on old Victorian building through to blocks, street repairs and private luxury apartments.
Requirements:
A formal qualification (BSc or HNC/ HND) is essential to our client. You must come from a contractor background and have 5 – 7 years experience, with a good proportion of this being on construction projects.
Synopsis:
This is a good opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor/ Project Quantity Surveyor to work with a forward moving company and develop your skills by handling a variety of interesting top range refurbishment projects across the North London area.
