Portuguese/ Spanish/ Italian Tech Support Engineer. Reading, Berkshire. Required to join a leading provider of Security, Systems and Process Management Solutions.
The role will see the successful candidate providing Technical Support to customers via the telephone and Internet in English, Portuguese, Spanish or Italian.
The ideal candidate will possess the following skills: Good knowledge of AD, MS Exchange 03 and Network Security (TCP/ IP, routing, switches, firewalls, etc.); Working knowledge of Antivirus and firewall solutions; Working knowledge of SQL/ Oracle (9i/ 10g/ 11g); Experience of Unix (Solaris/ Red Hat) or Mac OS; Some understanding of PC Imaging and OS Migration Technologies and Good Experience of WIN XP, Win 2k,2k3.
Any Certifications in CLA, MCP, MCSE, MCSA, CompTIA Network+, RHCE, CCNA or VCP would be highly advantageous but not essential. Excellent Career prospects. APPLY NOW, URGENT!!
