Benefit Subsidy Consultant - Bromley: A leading outsourcing organisation is looking to hire a Benefit Subsidy Consultant to join their Bromley operation. You should have at least 2years Housing Benefit experience. and a working knowledge of Housing Benefit Subsidy. Responsibilities include: Preparation of Final Subsidy Claim. Preparation of Initial and Mid Year Estimates Provide consultancy to external and internal Clients making recommendations on best practice, maximizing subsidy income and general subsidy monitoring. Interpreting the figures reported and recognising areas for further analysis. Systems and Subsidy Reconciliation. Completing and supplying statistical returns and reconciliation statements within set timescales. (e.g. DWP returns and monthly benefit and overpayment statements). Liaising with Auditors, site managers and Clients as required. Accurately documenting procedures for others to follow. Extracting information from databases via sql and presenting this in a usable format.
