Experience of problem solving. Experience of Change Management and Project Management methodologies. Well developed and effective communication and negotiation skills. IT Literate especially Project Management software (e.g. MS Project). Excellent report writing and documentation skills. Bright, confident, self starter. Problem solver, full of new ideas and initiatives with drive and enthusiasm to see them through. Ability to manage changing priorities. Ability to deal effectively at all levels.
