Release Analyst/ ITIL Change Configuration Management/ Banking.
A Release Analyst is required to work within the Service Delivery area of a leading financial institution based in London. As a successful candidate you will have a solid grounding of ITIL specifications and have experience of working within a change/ configuration environment. You will also have software release experience using SMS as you will be responsible to ensure the successful transition of software from a UAT/ QA environment to a live production environment via Change Management Processes. Any experience of supporting SharePoint Services will be considered extremely advantageous. My client requires candidates who will bring an entrepreneurial and enthusiastic approach to the role with the desire to learn new skills whilst displaying a high level of proficiency with those already possessed.
