A proven track record of project delivery in the applications development sector
Understanding business requirements and effectively translate them into quality solutions
Technical Skills
Strong Java development skills inc. Spring Framework, JSP, Maven, and Hibernate
Servlet container experience (Tomcat, Jetty, etc)
Good understanding of Web Services (XML, SOAP)
Good relational design skills on Oracle databases
Excellent OO skills
Familiarity of Web technologies (JavaScript, AJAX, CSS, etc)
Good experience with tdd (JUNIT, FIT, Selenium)
