My client is looking for a VoIP Applications Designer/ Software Engineer to work within the Software Development Team in the Engineering function, providing Application Design and support to the telecommunications products. The main responsibilities will be to Interface to Systems and Product Management to review and agree the requirement specifications and to interface to the Customer and 3rd party suppliers and to scope, design and develop features as required. Some experience of OO Design and Development, Perl, C++, UNIX, Java, JSON/ SOAP and knowledge of Web developments and VoIP Applications is required along with a strong problem solving ability with Team Leadership qualities.
