My client is looking for a Voice Product Manager to be responsible for product strategy and implementation in the growing business for next generation voice products and services. The role involves dealing with the supply partners and customers, as well as key internal responsibility for the profitable implementation and delivery of platforms at the cutting edge of VoIP and voice applications technology. The main responsibilities will include taking ownership of the Voice Product and Services Portfolio, being the focal point of relationships, contributing proactively to the future direction of products and working closely with the sales organisation on business development and account management. Applicants will need to possess a working knowledge of VoIP and next generation technology including some of the following: VoIP (SIP, MGCP and H.248 MEGACO standards) Voice Applications, Legacy interworking to TDM and SS7 platforms and deployment of public voice networks. A telecommunications engineering background along with an interest in the technology and market conditions for voice and network products would be desirable.
