THE ROLE:-
Support and administration for the Opsware Systems Management solution
• Play a lead role in the administration, installation and maintenance of the Opsware Systems Management. Achieved through enforcing standards for management capabilities and developing and executing, a change management review processes for the Opsware solutions supported within the distributed environment
• Develop and maintain internal Opsware toolset knowledge base
• Demonstrate the use of tracking and trending of Opsware related problems to ensure failures do not recur
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:-
• Experience with Opsware SAS version 6 or higher
• Knowledge & support of UNIX platforms
• Working Knowledge of Solaris 10 Systems Administration a distinct advantage
• Working Knowledge of Oracle RDBMS
• Preferably ISEB accredited
