An award winning Enterprise Solutions Company is actively looking for 2 experienced Java Developers to join and existing team based, West Midlands. The Developer's primary responsibility will be to design, code and test Java software as part of the toolset. The role will also involve interacting with analysts to refine requirements. You will have a sold background in application development using Java in a Object Oriented (OO) environment, ideally using iterative development techniques. Knowledge of one or more of the following databases is required: Oracle, SQL Server, Informix or DB2, and any knowledge of UML and design patterns would be an advantage. You will be joining one of the largest software organisations in the country, working on an industry leading portfolio of applications. This will require a quick turnaround, with a start date of 6th May 2008.
