Infrastructure Development Analyst ITIL - Derby East Midlands Projects will include anything from a small 3rd party application on an existing server all the way through to designing and implementing a full email solution or SMS solution. All current Microsoft applications are within scope. Ensure process 3rd line Support cover if required Responsibilities include: Ensures successful implementation and maintenance documentation is up to date Ensures compliance of IT of projects within given timeframes and standards Provides technical support and consultation for enhancement Security Policies.
