Infrastructure Development Analyst ITIL - Derby East Midlands Projects will include anything from a small 3rd party application on an existing server all the way through to designing and implementing a full email solution or SMS solution. All current Microsoft applications are within scope. Ensure process 3rd line Support cover if required Responsibilities include: Ensures successful implementation and maintenance documentation is up to date Ensures compliance of IT of projects within given timeframes and standards Provides technical support and consultation for enhancement Security Policies. Provide OOH cover of and change to network and Active Directory infrastructure on scheduled rota (onsite) Essential Experience/ Skills ISA Server - configuration and maintenance of:
