The role involves using, maintaining, and improving the Health, Safety and Environment reporting systems. You will be providing a key role in report and data administration, data analysis, and systems support.
The ideal candidate will come from/ have experience within a Corporate Safety environment and will appreciate the types of data such teams report upon. Their reporting systems are made up of MS Excel and Business Objects. You must have excellent Excel abilities and Business Objects exposure is a ‘nice to have',
Key elements:
Report administration, data quality reviews with a meticulous attention to detail.
Data analysis on reports to identify trends and strategic risk issues.
User interaction and support.
Application support, updating, and maintenance.
Essential experience:
MS Excel
Familiarity of web-based systems
Good report writing skills
Knowledge of corporate safety environments
Desirable:
Data analyst experience
Oracle DB exposure (ability to run queries and prepare reports)
Business Objects
