As First Line support / Support Engineer / IT support Analyst you will be:
+ Providing first line PC support to all users on all aspects of Windows, Microsoft Office and company's internal software.
+ Installing, configuring and maintaining hardware.
+ Providing reporting support to all staff.
As first line support / Support Engineer / IT support you will be:
+ Fast learner with the enthusiasm and dedication to succeed in a dynamic environment.
+ Highly numerate with strong problem solving skills.
+ Team player and excellent communicator.
+ Independent and able to manage own workload.
+ Microsoft Office XP/ 2003 – Advanced Excel and Word skills, Access beneficial.
+ Experience with Windows XP.
+ Any Windows Server beneficial but not required.
+ Full UK Driving License.
