Duties will include:
(1) responsibility for ensuring the change log is fully maintained and accurate;
(2) ownership of the Change Advisory Boards (CAB), including ensuring appropriate attendance of sector participants on a weekly basis and all information and documentation relating to CAB's;
(3) Acting as a liaison between 3rd party vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of change activity;
(4) ensuring changes are technically approved before being presented to the CAB by the input of relevant communication;
(5) ensuring processes within Change are fully implemented;
(6) managing the SLA's of all Change activity, internally and externally where required;
(7) holding management meetings and ensuring that weekly and monthly stats are created and used to deliver within these meetings.
Suitable applicants will hold an ITIL Foundation or Change Practitioner certification and possess a solid understanding of the ITIL framework. Previous experience working within Change Management, preferably as a Change Manager is also required, as is proven ability of strong management skills and ability to manage any areas of confliction. Preference will be given to those who are able to commence work immediately.
