Managing risks and issues and developing contingency plans. Managing the required deliverables to time, cost and quality. Experience of building and maintaining relationships within a partnership environment. Applying change management techniques and delivering projects that promote service development and improvements. Experience of developing commercial propositions for projects that are based on business need and of budgeting and cost control. Demonstrate a high level of communication skills to be able to produce written reports at a summary and detailed level. Ability to work flexibly to deliver to deadlines Ability to create constructive arguments and propositions and to be able to present these in a professional manner.
