Due to ongoing growth, our client, a multiple award winning ISO accredited company, and one of the UK's fastest growing suppliers of IT products and Services, requires a Technical Account Manager to join their systems support team. Located in newly-built offices in West Yorkshire they sell IT support solutions, ERP Software, Laptops, PCs, Monitors and IT accessories from their numerous websites, servicing consumers, small to medium sized businesses and the Education sector. They pride themselves on providing their customers with something many of their competitors fail to achieve: competitive pricing and a decent service.
Principle accountabilities will be:
oResponsible for the management of 30 regional SME accounts for hardware and software support with the aim of maximising business retention
oDealing with inbound and proactive outbound customer calls
oPreparing quotes for support, hardware, software, disaster recovery, solutions and remote monitoring
oProviding a ‘pre-sales' technical capability for customer audits and quotations for ERP, IT hardware and maintenance contracts
oRenegotiating support contracts and conducting all negotiations for the sale of renewal contracts
oDeveloping and maintaining long-term relationships with customers
oResolving any general enquiries or complaints that may arise
oRecognising and maximising opportunities to sell Laptops, PC's, Monitors and IT accessories
oAdvising on alternative products
oSelling extended warranties
A good relationship builder with strong business IT understanding, you will posess strong customer service skills allied to a strong background in IT Support. You will have a proven background in Technical Support and/ or Field Services, and be looking to move to a role where you can increase your earning potential, be interested in learning about new products where you can also join a hard-working fun-loving team of like-minded individuals.

A basic salary between £25 - 35k (subject to experience) + uncapped bonus + incentives + ongoing product training + benefits is on offer.
