2nd Line Application Support Specialist Unix Websphere MQ required for our prestigious banking & finance client.
We are looking for someone who is flexible regarding working time as urgent matters may need to be dealt with in evenings and weekends.
The ideal candidate will posess the ability to analyze and to understand technical requirements that may have an impact on the operability and the support of complex banking applications. Another important aspect of the role is the capability to estimate the impact of incidents and sense the urgency in the resolution of incidents.
You will have at least 5 years of professional experience in second line applications support and a strong technical background in IT. Good knowledge of Windows, Unix and AS400 is required.
