My client is a top-tier US investment bank seeking developers to join a team in their Derivatives and Risk IT department. The team supports the Credit Risk Management and Market Risk Management functions of the investment bank and you will be involved in the development of the bank's strategic Market Risk system.
You will be involved in the design, development and implementation of the system and will be expected to work closely with the front office and the business. The system is currently developed in C#/ .NET technologies and Tibco messaging with a Sybase database.
Candidates should have strong experience with C#/ .NET, and some messaging experience (tibco strongly preferred). You should also have experience using Sybase and strong SQL skills. Experience developing large scale, multi-threaded applications is highly beneficial. Banking experience preferred, though strong non-banking candidates are encouraged to apply.
