Job Description
This Infrastructure Support Analyst role would be an ideal opportunity for someone who would like to take an advanced step in there career. This will be working in the aviation industry as part of a global IT team.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
·Providing 2nd and 3rd line operational support
·Undertake proactive system maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting and reporting
·Support and Maintain Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policies
·Support and Maintain Microsoft Exchange 2000 – 2007
·Support and Maintain Citrix environment
·Develop and Maintain detailed technical documentation for all production systems
Key Skills
·Understanding of the ITIL framework (essential)
·Sound technical knowledge and experience with the ability to troubleshoot (essential)
·Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (essential)
·Excellent knowledge of security within a global organisation (essential)
·Excellent knowledge of Citrix Presentation server 4.5 (essential)
·Very good knowledge of Storage Area Networks (desirable)
Proven technical skills in most or all of the following:
·Microsoft Active Directory and Group policies
·Exchange 2000 – 2007
·Citrix
·Distributed File Systems
·Backup infrastructures
·Network Load Balancing and Clustering
·Storage Area Networks
·SharePoint
·Virus Control and security implementations
Qualifications
·Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2003 (MCSE) (required)
·Citrix Certified Enterprise Administrator (CCEA) (required)
