The role is available for immediate start; the aim is to provide optimal value to the business by supporting desktop users within the organisation, ensuring efficiency is maintained, via the helpdesk.
The successful applicant would have the following responsibilities:
· Providing 2nd Line helpdesk support
· Training and assisting Desktop Support staff
· Day to day management and maintenance of the LAN
· Configuring new users on the LAN
· Conducting and maintaining hardware and software audit
· Ensuring and establishing connectivity of all workstations
· Assisting in documenting the internal systems
The ideal candidate will be:

Essential skills include:
· Cisco and/ or Microsoft technologies certification
· Technical knowledge in Cisco equipment
· LAN/ WAN
· Client/ Server
Experience in Citrix is desirable but not essential.
