Due to expansion we urgently require a Service Account Manager based in High Wycombe reporting into the Global Service Account Manager with global travel you will have proven experience in a service/ account manager role and a technical understanding. You will have experience in day to day management of SLAs, OLAs and underpinning contracts and ideally an ITIL Foundation, however training wil be provided. You will be responsible for managing multiple accounts. Ideally you will have experience in a Business Development. To be responsible for one or more managed service contracts and general customer services for a single customer. To ensure those managed service contracts meet SLA and are delivered to global standards as set by Service Delivery, by day to day ownership and accountability. To create and develop trusting relationships with key customers and stakeholders within the customer's organisation. To grow the client account, by engaging with key stakeholders and promoting the company brand, products and services.
The salary range is 40-50K plus benefits (possiblle car/ allowance, to to confirmed).
