MS SQL DBA / Infrastructure Engineer; Buckinghamshire; High Wycombe; required to join a well established global Telco software vendor. As a infrastructure DBA you will be managing the database servers and DC systems, providing 2 and 3rdline support, design and configuration of related networking, OS, hardware and monitoring in a mission critical 24/ 7/ 365 environment. You will have strong experience of SQL 2k and 2K5 administration including backups and restoration, basic to medium T-SQL skills for housekeeping. Experience in Operating system builds in windows and Linux, experience of active directory and exchange is advantageous and certifications such as MCDBA or MCSE is highly sort after, any Cisco or Linux experience is advantageous.
