You should have PMP Certification and experience of running large scale GSM/ UMTS projects with Alcatel-Lucent technology. You must have a good understanding of validation, experimentation and generalisation phases as well as, Alcatel-Lucent radio technology and swap out procedures. Language skills highly desirable for this position.
