Developer and Business Analyst with HR Pay & Reward System experience, technically you must have strong Web, Access, SQL and MI experience to work within a leading Investment Bank. Working closely with the HR business initially you will be responsible for documenting the feasibility of existing systems, you will be tasked with the requirements gathering and development of functional specifications for the production of a fit for purpose in-house system for the Human Resources department. Your role will see you liaise with development teams both in the UK and at overseas locations, in addition to support the UAT process. Strong documentation skills are also required to ensure on-going maintenance and support of the system by a dedicated helpdesk function.
Previous Business Analysis experience working on Human Resource Pay & Reward or similar systems is beneficial (Peoplesoft, SAP) knowledge of development projects within Microsoft Web based environments, in addition to advanced skills in MS Access and SQL Server databases. Any additional knowledge around Management Information (MI) Reporting is a particular benefit, as is knowledge of the Investment Banking sector.
