My client is a highly successful and rapidly growing technology company. They integrate digital pen and other technologies to help organisations with mobile workforces to transform their efficiency and productivity. They are the leading global provider of digital pen and paper technology with a 92% market share in the UK, 40% of Europe and 17% globally.
They are looking to recruit a Team Lead / Senior Architect / Developer to help re-architect their entire system which is now too small to handle their recent exponential growth and expanding client portfolio. You will be involved in the development of greenfield / bespoke innovative solutions for customers using digital pen and other technologies as well as helping to evolve and improve the company's underlying development platform to ensure a firm foundation for future scale-up.
The ideal candidate will have 10+ years Java experience (ideally split between a background in development and a more recent movement towards team leadership and architecture) and strong database knowledge (MS SQL, Oracle). Demonstrable experience of Team leadership / mentoring is required.
