Messaging/ API .NET Developer, C#, SQL
My Client is looking for an experienced .NET Developer to join our IT Department reporting to the Message and API Team Leader. The main purpose of the role is to analyse, design and develop applications primarily using Microsoft .Net (with C#) and SQL server to support the my clients internal and external business.
Principle Responsibilities:
Coding, testing and implementation of applications in adherence with City Index's development process.
Working with the business analysis team to translate requirements into technical analysis and design documents for assigned development modules
Upward communication to reporting line and project lead. This includes estimating, regular status reporting and issue escalations.
Moderate and attend design and code reviews.
Specific requirements:
Minimum four years commercial development experience, on at least two completed projects.
Minimum of three years commercial development experience with Microsoft .NET (C#), Windows 2003/ XP/ Vista and SQL Server 2005.
Application of OO techniques and UML in a commercial environment and excellent grasp of Design Patterns.
