Desktop Support Analyst is required by a major london based Hedge fund. You will have solid commercial experience of providing 1st and 2nd line desktop support within a large corporate environment. The ideal candidates will have trade floor/ market data experience with both Reuters and Bloomberg, and experience in desktop support in a large volume support environment.
Ideally you will have Lotus Notes and Outlook experience and some Active Directory. Very strong technical skills in support of PC hardware, MS Office 2003, TCP/ IP, Blackberry support, Windows NT/ 2000/ XP operating systems, XP min 2 years, Office 2003 min 2 years, Active directory min 2 years, Outlook exchange 2003 min 2 years, Bloomberg, Reuters min 1 year, Corporate Antivirus deployment, WSUS, Hardware breakfix, 3rd party app support min 2 years
