Windows XP, Lotus Notes, Citrix, VPN, Blackberry, imaging PC's, basic hardware knowledge.
This is a Service/ Helpdesk role within a major Investment Bank and they require an enthusiastic
and dynamic individual to join a busy Helpdesk.
Duties will include:
1st line desktop support in a call centre environment.
2nd line support including desk visits and PC/ Laptop installations.
Remote desktop/ application support.
Software installations and service requests.
