My Client, a unique and innovative company, has an urgent requirement for a HIGHLY SKILLED LINUX Engineer to join their London based operations.
This company is small scale but well established with highly experienced business heads at the helm.
They are seeking an incredibly passionate and highly intelligent Linux Engineer who will effectively take ownership of the infrastructure, maintaining and improving their Web based analytics engine.
This role will suit someone with solid experience in the Linux / UNIX field. You will be an excellent problem solver / troubleshooter with a keenness to pick up new skills.
You will be "structured but curious". Keen to design, build and improve but capable of documenting and working within reasonable guidelines.
This role will be highly visible and highly rewarding. The company has vast scope for growth and the projects on which they are currently working are highly complex and unique in the market.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- LINUX (RedHat, Centos)
- RHCE
- Apache
- Postgres
- Jboss
- Firewall and Router experience
- Excellent understanding of TCP/ IP
- BASH Scripting
