Reporting to the Senior Training Officer, the job holder's responsibilities will include:
Delivery of global training to existing and new users in the use of credit risk systems. Assistance in the governance and population of data within credit risk systems. Provision of daily business user support in the maintenance of GBM Credit Risk systems. Providing assistance in undertaking UAT in support of the development of new applications and functionality.
Candidate Summary: Ideally the candidate will relationship management experience. The job holder will be required to have:- Previous knowledge in the Business use of Credit Risk Systems. Experience in running training sessions. Co-operative and team-oriented approach to work. High attention to detail and comfort in dealing with information / data. Excellent understanding of the issues surrounding data quality. A basic understanding of the issues surrounding data quality. Good communication and other interpersonal skills. Previous experience in a customer service role. Ability to work closely with colleagues, customers and business partners
