Field Systems Engineer – Bristol - £22,000
We have an opportunity for a Systems Engineer with network support (CCNA) experience to work as part of a small team of Network and Systems Engineers at the service centre and in the field.
You will be a customer facing electronics or software based network systems engineer with Microsoft Windows 2000 (W2K) and Windows NT support experience and ideally be CCNA certificated. Due to the semi field nature of this support role you will be required to hold a full driving licence, ideally clean! A pool car or hire car is available for customer on-site visits with overtime paid after 5pm. Due to the nature of the hardware, software and electronic components, product training will be provided but experience with using Oracle databases and SQL is advantageous, as is complex data processing knowledge.
As a customer facing snetwork and ystems engineer you will enjoy the team spirit and interaction between systems and network support, customer service and sales. You maybe a software or electronic engineering graduate, will ideally be CCNA certificated, and experienced with network support, Windows 2000, NT, Oracle and SQL. With training provided you will have the opportunity to increase your skills working closely with project teams assessing solutions and suitability of management and network systems programs.
