Middleware Critical Resource Requirements
Middleware urgently require 40 Infrastructure Specialists to delivery major payments and regulatory projects into the live Middleware environment.
Competencies
In depth experience of working in a Middleware project delivery environment
Change Management/ Project build, test and implementation of Middleware components
Ability to understand and influence high level technical design of Middleware components
Analytical ability including root cause identification and pro-active service improvement
Software maintenance and patching

Infrastructure Knowledge
All candidates must have strong level of underlying infrastructure skills:
-Unix (primarily AIX v5.0-5.3. Solaris/ HPUX)
-Mainframe, Tandem and Windows.
-Shell scripting skills
-Tivoli/ Omegamon/ ITM6
Software Skills
All candidates must have specialist software knowledge of at the following areas of Middleware components:
Websphere
Software expertise:
-WAS (v6.0,v6.1)
-TAM (v5.1,v6.0)
-Wily (v7.0)
-Cisco Load Balancer
