My client, a leading retailer require an Infrastructure Engineer to join their organisation.
Skills/ Experience (required):
Microsoft Windows Server 2000/ 2003; Symantec Backup Exec; Active Directory; Group Policy; DNS/ DHCP admin skills; Exchange 2003; SAN/ NAS; ISA 2006; IIS 6.0; All Microsoft products.
Responsibilities (will include but not be limited to):
Delivery of 2nd and 3rd line technical infrastructure support; 2nd line incident resolution for issues reported via the IT Help Desk; Maintaining daily backups of data and infrastructure;
Infrastructure deployments and testing activities for release components affecting the IT infrastructure; Ensuring the IT infrastructure is secure and that appropriate access controls are in place; Maintaining accurate infrastructure documentation of asset and configuration data; Maintaining accurate support knowledge and information.
