3rd Line Windows Server Tech Support Specialist; London - required to join a global leading IT Services and Solutions supporting major player in the broadcasting arena, the role will require you to work within a dynamic team at the forefront of broadcasting technologies within the Server Operations team, providing 3rd line support services. You will have indepth and strong experience in Win2k / Win2k3 server support, excellent active directory, service knowledge etc. Any Microsoft Certifications such as MCSA or MCSE are extremely beneficial to your application as will any evidence of adhering to SLA's and ITIL methodologies.
