My Financial client requires an experienced Project Planner to join them during their final stages of a large refurbishment project.
The refurbishment includes a refresh of all office space and the IT infrastructure which includes:
- Data networks, desktop hardware and printer estate refresh, multimedia, decommissioning and moves and changes.
The programme has a need for an experienced project planner and coordinator to support the Programme team in the production of and monitoring of project and programme plans. This role forms an integral part of the Programme Management Office which is responsible for providing overall co-ordination of the Programme.
Skills Required:
- Advanced MS Project Skills
- Prince 2 experience
- Project planning experience, preferably experience working in a large scale construction programme.
- Excellent communication and team-working skills
- Excel skills
- The ability to present data in concise and accurate fashion, possessing the initiative and determination to ensure that work is completed within strict time scales without close supervision
- Collation and impact assessment of Issues and Risks, following-up as necessary
- Solid analytical skills
- preferably experience within the financial services sector
