SERVICE IMPROVEMENT ANALYST - INVESTMENT BANKING - LONDON
ITIL Conversion / Deployment Project experience, Solid understanding of Solaris, Enterprise systems - Clustering, DR, Security, Tibco.
My Client, a Top Tier Investment Bank has an urgent requirement for a MMS Support, Service Improvement Analyst to join their London Based Office.
This is a HIGH VISIBILITY role that will require an extremely proactive specialist, who will sit alongside the Support team analysing the current processes and procedures relating to the Middleware platforms.
You will be a an extremely strong character, capable of making recommendations for service improvements and influencing members of the business at various levels.
It is likely that you will have come from a solid technical background and be well experienced in the ITIL methodology.
The role faces off to both the Business and Technology sides. You will be responsible for monitoring the Clients use of the products and assessing where service improvements need to be made.
You will go on to make recommendations for improvements and ensure that the departments take the necessary steps to implement them in areas such as Business Continuity planning, High availability, maintainance and Patching.
Due to the mission critical / highly sensitive nature of the environment, Investment Banking experience will be highly preferable
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- ITIL Conversion project experience
- Deployment Project experience
- Solid understanding of Solaris
- Experience with Enterprise systems - Clustering, DR, Security
- Tibco experience a plus
- Degree Educated a plus
- Excellent Communication
