One Year Fix Term contract for SAP Trainer in Central London. The main focus for the first couple of months is query resolution, that will mean investigation of queries from customers and internal staff. Candidate should have experience with CAPTIVATE (E-learning), recordings, exercise booklets / answer sheets, and any ancillary documentation required - ie copying associated process documents, supporting data, etc. Creating exercise materials for workshop sessions. Creating data in the training system where required.Testing existing documentation (as required) Deliver end-user training - classroom style no more than 8 delegates. Area of Training is Internet Portal, CRM, SD-MM. We are flexible on skills so if you have good Internet Portal and CRM skills SD-MM could be left out. Knowledge of Campus is beneficial. Fluent English is mandatory.
