Aston Carter is currently looking for a Siebel consultant for our client in Switzerland.
Key tasks and responsibilities
Deliver maintenance and support services to the Siebel Applications users community.
Monitor the SLA and related OLA terms and manage the implementation of the corrective actions.
Target zero-defect applications while maintaining efficient incident resolution time.
Implement the segregation of production and development environments.
Provide technical services and functional advice on the implementation of e-business applications.
Provide code review advice when receiving Siebel Applications customization.
Secure outstanding management of sources' code and related versioning.
Provide the technical input for defining and maintaining the development standard and guidelines.
Maintain and secure the IT Change Management processes in line with the segregation of duty.
Co-ordinate code review based on development best practices and standard.
Pro-actively co-ordinate cross unit expertise to efficiently resolve incidents.
Analyze root cause of repetitive incidents and propose an action plan for improvement to the management.
LANGUAGES
English mandatory (written and spoken).
An additional language such as French, Italian or Spanish is an asset.

Technical Knowledge
Siebel Applications customisation
Siebel Applications custom reports
Siebel Applications datawarehouse interfaces
Siebel development tools
Oracle RDBMS
Skills on ISO standards and ITIL guidelines.
